The best thing in my opinion as a very long term holder is....
Sell whatever we have, IP, Idea, Cash, Product, the best pure play tournement platform (that nobody uses) etc to an already established company Icandy, Playside, BAYC, Animoca Brands anyone really and issue new stock to current holders from whoever gets us.
Delist and then see Gernot charged with maladministration, corporate negligence and banned from being involved in any company for the foreseeable future.
