Evidence the business is dying. I have experienced first hand the appalling operational issues they have and not to even start on the cross-ownership rubbish and the scalping that is rampant and then there is misrepresentations by flippant and dismissive call centre staff versus actual process as automated by IT. Wont even bother about the 3rd party data exchange and rather opaque outsourcing that goes on. The list is endless.
The current price is at a full premium for this little duck.
