    TC has failed
    KPMG (TC's old mob) failed as auditor
    MT failed (I went through previous annual reports the other day, the amount of company benefits and unpaid shares he had was preposterous)
    Notsag failed, same at TC
    APG blames "old management"
    TC brings in K.L and G.H to APG from his other companies
    COME ON!!!!!
