Exactly, at the very least make it staggered and increasing.l each FY.
OR
Make it against real fundamental business targets like profit etc rather than SP based.
The SP could be $3.03 in FY24 and not more and he gets paid handsomely.
No incentive for me to buy shares at today's prices if that is what management expect in FY24. Plenty of better returns to be had elsewhere.
