No, I don't think they should just get their bonus if they don't meet expectations.
But I think they should still have the same chance to meet those expectations once the macro market conditions swing back in our favour.
They've always had an incentive to keep the company above $2b for a set amount of time. I'm happy for that to still be the case.
That's all I'm saying.
