Yes well thats another red herring sitting on the table everyone thinks this merge is good for us and yes it is but only in one respect and that being the removal of a shet deal signed by the Muppet Gang and thats all it does is help Piedmont get out of hot water and I've said this before they Piedmont would be gone if we went into C&M they would not have survived and we would have around 200million still sitting in the bank, yes we know it can cost plenty to restart but the world is so full of uncertainties at this time and its probably why many of the larger smarter companies went into C&M way back then, so what did they know and its proved the best thing as they haven't been burning through cash reserves like this place has. So we didn't need to sell ourselves out to a leech company that brings more dirty washing with it that puts us under more pressures and its why l have been so incensed about the influencers here telling everybody everythings fine when in actual fact that couldn't be any further from the truth when one considers the real outcomes of this proposed merge and its why l have been deadset against it from the start and if retail want to win here then they need to seriously start thinking about voting against the proposed merge to save their own skins imho.
