As stated on this forum many times it’s the market cap that matters. The merger ratio with PLL has been updated for the 150:1 ratio. Importantly the RCF equity contribution of USD 45m has been confirmed at $0.032. All looks positive for a June shareholder vote which will be a forgone conclusion in favour of the merger.
