If you divide the 527 SYA shares that were referred to in November by the 150 which is the consolidation number you get 3.513 which is the number referred to in today's announcement.
Same, same, it seems to me. Happy to be corrected and the sooner the better.
Would have made sense for the announcement to state clearly that the only change in this aspect of the deal is that they now intend to have the consolidation at the same time as the transaction.
