That is correct, but no doubt they will sneak in some headroom for growth of individual fees.
I think this will be the point in time the retail holders see the worth of renaissance who hopefully will challenge the resolution noting the poor governance displayed by the legacy BOD. Good opportunity to offer thier support as long as the bums in seats gets a refresh, I can almost taste the re rate coming.
