100000 at 1.7c and 667 shares at $2.55 has exactly the same market value, that value going forward will be dictated by the price of spodumene not consolidation . Consolidation has been needed for a long time although 150:1 wa considerably more than I expected, but as Norbeto pointed out listing on the Nadaq has certain requirements.
