Why would PLL entertain rewriting the offtake agreement in isolation? It would be one of the most impressive deals going if it wasnt for the incompetance on the SYA side of the table, it was delivered not by PLLs skill rather its opponents.
The decision not to go into C&M has killed SYA while propping up PLL, LDs hands are tied, he sees the way ahead but doesnt have the team around him to make it happen. In order to get anything back for SYA holders he essentially needs to partner with RCF to stage a coup d'etat and clear the shorter backed BOD out.
