Its not a matter of "being to hard to unravel". It is actually very straight forward. On October 26 they said "they had received $539,000 from investors" with no details on pricing. So I assume it was at 1.3 cents per share same as their earlier announcement. That would require a share issue of 41 million shares. if these shares have been issued where is the Appendix 3B?

What still confuses me is why they are only approving the issue of 29 million shares at the AGM when the normal action would be to refresh their entire placement capacity ie the 41 million shares or maybe seek approval in advance to issue the entire amount they need to complete this investment. Or have they only issued 29 million shares which would suggest that at 1.3 cents they only "received" $388,000 not $539,000.

This is pretty simple stuff. what shares were issued when and for how much. Lodge a 3B. then get the entire placement limit refreshed at AGM.

Agree with your point regarding the investment being directly into the Project holding company which I did not appreciate when I made an earlier post.
