Second quarter in a row these guys have botched the quarterly cash flow report. This time they did not follow the instruction to give at least some detail on the related party payments (last time was when the funding available dipped below enough coverage for two quarters).
On the one hand it could be argued these are finicky misses which don't matter but on the other hand if they cannot get the simple things right what hope have they with any complexity and nuance. Again, the company secretary primarily wears this, either a mistake by them or the board is not listening to what the company secretary is advising them.
