Reading the news this morning, it is suggested that the government attempted to discuss potential royalty changes, however withholding key details regarding rates. If this formal engagement occurred, why wasn't the market notified? Or is it because the facts were not known, therefore no announcement could be made. Beating a dead horse here I know...
