    It's odd that WUC didn't disclose the credit facility amendment or any advances to BLR between June 30 and August 31, as required under International Accounting Standard 10 - Events After the Reporting Period. Interesting that BLR's announcement of the amendment was filed one day after WUC's Q2 financials were issued.
