the timing of the announcement leads me to believe that the extra 100k was given after the yes vote went through. otherwise there would be no point in giving blr the extra dosh for blr to pay their creditors. a no vote sees the clock start ticking on the repayment of the 450k loan. no repayment, and glasier ends up with the blr collateral. i do not believe it has anything to do with the release of the WU financials as they are required to be submitted by 30 days the quarter end. but blr is under massive financial stress in my opinion.
