You could be right about the timing of the announcement of the extra $100k. My thought was that BLR was down to $91k AUD at 6/30/15, and since GG must have known the BLR shareholder vote would be favorable, perhaps WUC advanced some or all of the $100k to BLR in August. If so, WUC would have had plenty of time to include a disclosure in its 6/30/15 financials issued on 8/31/15. Given WUC's size, I would think $100k USD would be deemed material, even though it's a relatively small amount.

Alternatively, BLR may have limped through August on the $91k, and the decision to add $100k to the loan could have been made over the weekend or early this week.

In any event , it's not a big deal...
