The amendments to the CEOs agreement as stated are in line with GEG Director expectations.

Some may jump up and down about seeing a CEO receive such a payrise, but for me it shows the three C's - The board has Confidence in the CEO, Confidence in the company and Confidence in achieving budgeted expectations.

GEG for me has plenty of upside in the coming 1-2 years if the CEO and Board can execute strategies, achieve positive results and ultimately commence paying dividends to shareholders.  They have the opportunity to achieve this, let's see if they can do it.
