I'm with you Mongrel 100%....I've been in this from the beginning and well & truely underwater...Prior to Toll coming on board, Royal Management elected to stop spending more money on exploration as what had already been proved up was enough to mine for over 40years. So why now do we want this deal when the only person getting something out of it is Toll himself. From my reading of the deal, us lucky shareholders also pick up the tab for all charges in changing over leases etc to Magnetites name. This is my opinion only so suggest you DYOR...
