True in most cases but sometimes the sellers set the price and provided no one is willing to sell cheaper then buyers are forced to pay the extra if they really want the shares.

I believe based on comparing with other companies PAA market capital should be at least three times it current value but at the moment we have sellers that are willing to sell out at .008 - .009 so all buyers have to do is wait and they know someone will sell at these prices.

Or maybe its just plain what i call market manipulation whereby a buyer is willing put up a few shares at a cheaper price hoping others will also come in at that price.

I agree with most on here that the long term view for PAA is great but where i differ is that even with good announcements the sp and the mc are less then they were 12 months ago and i see this as a concern mainly due to the fact there appears no real reason and to me the lack of interest in PAA can affect the long term view
