Agree with your sentiments. Share price should be 0.15 plus after recent announcements.
Long term PAA holder & sad to see current share price. Manipulation probably occurring but also I believe many people buy small caps with great announcements & expect the price too double overnight. When it doesn't happen they lose interest & sell at a loss to move on to their next "big gain investment". Because this is an ongoing event the list of sellers just above market price is always huge.

In my opinion PAA is a standout small cap with enormous upside potential & for those long termers who are patient, the rewards will be there. Surprised the media haven't shown any real interest. The current apathy in Australia towards small companies with huge potential is tragic.
