If this holds true then it certainly casts a different light on it, other than just "it's low ppm". The ease in which this can be concentrated will I guess decide whether this smoulders along or really takes off. Interesting to see where it goes nonetheless, if it proves viable it's a big resource well positioned to take advantage of the current/future needs and the political environment.
