Shrewd trading Joe. Some are really good at it and well done to them. Part of the game.

The objection to FPL (from my point) is that along the way it changed from being an "investment" where you could look at it and make normalized investment type decisions and analysis to purely a "speculative" trading play where the asset itself is irrelevant. Might as well be graphite/graphene/lithium or whatever.

The news flow/information "promoting" the asset as comparable to "substitute an E&P asset of choice" is where arguments are IMO. I sold out after the EFS went south and it was clear that the "assets" weren't of the quality to build a company upon. And years later that appears to have been quite true.

So many (investment fundamental) questions remain ... but for the tech traders who don't question then it also appears to be a goldmine and "thar's gold in them thar hills" ... but which color.
