Here's the maths: 263g/t Ag = 8.4 oz/t and Ag is only $20/oz for $160/t
Pb/Zn @ 43% Let's say a 50;50 mix so ave. price is $3000/t x 43/100 = $1290/t ...to convert to gold equivalent 31g to the oz..makes it around 23g/t gold Eq. I'll take the base metals.
This is a great announcement because it extends the high grade Pb/Zn vein which is what they were drilling. Inevitably we convert more resource to reserves and extend the mine life, with a fantastic payload.
