That column is listed “short” because it’s been held under a year. I’ve never shorted an equity. I think in the US, one must have a margin account. I’m just not a big fan in the concept. I invest in something after considerable due diligence and look for low entry after something has been beaten up but has a viable product that is innovative.
I should have grabbed some Al3 instead of VLD (Velo 3D). 49% institutional ownership but terrible management didn’t do them any favors. Earnings tomorrow and a reverse vote tally by June 10 ish as they are up against a deadline for delisting. R/S ails often.
