The purpose of this thread is to collect any worthwhile data on CCE from the threads and sites and this will facilitate perusal by Investors.
This stock was introduced by SAXIEN, one of the HC posters.

Financial:
An issue has been completed and CCE will have about 156 mill. shares, also some unquoted 23 mill 2004/5 options, a few additional options arising from the current issue. Some new shares will be listed shortly.

Cash after the issue will be $10 mill. Cash burn rate is low but they did mention that they will be moving into Europe.

Price shot up to 27 cents after a Manufacturing Announcement (See below) then came back to 22 cents after the resignation of an Executive Director was announced on July 30.

It then moved up and is currently 24.5 cents. Demand for shares is good just now.
