Interesting one...
AdditiveNow is a 50:50 JV between Worley (under Advisian) and A3D which is PBF based print manufacturer - I dare say neither thinks of the other as competition though.
2 points:
- AL3 have marked this price sensitive, yet A3D, at a quarter of the market cap, haven't even deemed it news announceable (yet), despite the 50% share in the JV - an agreement to an agreement seems fluff and not market sensitive
- AL3 working with Advisian / Worley via AdditiveNow JV, rather than go direct...
