Also the announcement did highlight the funds would allow expansion of their business development, sales and marketing team.

I do not agree with a previous poster taking a negative view of re-structures and executive renewal/addition for the simple reason the company (as do all growing companies) need to restructure now and again according to progress and business skill requirement not to mention networks and influence so I see that as a positive not a negative.

I also see the placement to sophisticated investors as a quick resolution to cash reserves- but not a product issue problem !!

The announcement also pointed out that it was a deliberately a small capital raise but that any future CR would probably involve retail investors so that to me is keeping faith with existing retail investors - don't forget that raising funds via a myriad of small parcel shareholders is costly, raising funds at about 1m shares per investor is much cheaper.

All in all a good move
