From a conversation with the CFO and CEO at the AGM I learned that any future cap raise would be offered to sophisticated investors and broking houses to strengthen the registrar and to take advantage of opportunities when/where they presented.
Existing holders were offered a very keen deal when shares were issued at .5c just a few months ago and we have also had several months to buy at good prices, so no complaints from me.
The currant raise is entirely in line with management's intentions as spelled out at the AGM. The price drop to 19.5c is a nice opportunity to pick up some more in my view.
