SP nearly always touches the raise price, nearly always. Interesting here is that the record date for the rights issue is 8 April. Means the 1:3 is calculated on the number of shares you hold at close on the 8th. I would suspect the SP to drop on the 9th, maybe to .05 on that day.
As for the Q3 report, there will be nothing new or exiting in the report unless there is an ann prior to the end of the period, which I hope there is. Otherwise the q3 will just highlight cash burn.
The raise, in my mind, is minimal dilution with some good upside potential if managed well and the strategy is successful.
