Directors that are committed to the company and its shareholders would always announce their participation in a cap raise to give retailers some confidence in parting with their hard earned cash
im sure all outside shareholders are pretty disappointed (the ones who the directors are asking money from)
what’s even more disappointing is that they didn’t even get instos or sophs to participate in this CR but rather want retailers to fund their vague business plan with limited probability of revenue outlooks
serious lack of confidence here
