Wow, this is a gamble. They clearly must have needed the capital, and the US move is a good one but like you said if people are willing to sell, in the short-term the share price could fall to the offer price. I like that the raise is coming off the backs of existing shareholders however, it won't be much of a discount if the share price tanks.

Supposedly April is the month for AML and its definitely shaping up for an interesting month. At the end of April, we will get the Q3 FY24 report which should bode well and will come before the end of this raise. Hopefully this bumps the share price up, I am also assuming that while they couldn't deliver news before the raise, that they have some news on the way this month before the raise is done.

Surely if they can deliver another announcement regarding a machine sale or new manufacturing contract for the US Navy then the positive Quarterly and US facility news will allow us to hold 7 cents or higher post raise.
