No major issues with the company and their technical programs
I have an issue when they are not transparent to all their shareholders around ‘resizing’ of Aus Operations while Expanding US Operations
I have an issue when they ask moms and dads for money with no confirmed COMMITMENT to participate in the CR from all key management. Using the word intention’ rather than ‘commitment’ is perceived as misleading
I have an issue when no institutional investors are participating
I have an issue when the CR is not underwritten
$3.9m is not a lot of money for US ‘expansion’! Is it because it’s only to disconnect their Oz equipment and ship it over to the US? Is another CR planned at a further discount? Is that why key management and institutional investors are not participating in this CR?
