So this is purely my opinion and it should be treated as such. But i firmly believe that if a company is willing to publicly advertise a partnership or commercial services of another company, there is a high degree of certainty a commercial deal is on the table and is likely to proceed.

To be fair i have not looked too far into AML3D mostly because there is simply more information on Titomic on the internet, I would agree that CSAM needs work considering how the CT deal has tracked and the dispute with TUAV (For which AL3 has benefit) hopefully they can stick with simpler things until they get it right.
I would be interested to read what research you have gathered on AL3
