Couldn't have said it better myself. When I initially looked into this space I strongly considered titomic. The problem I had was the revenue figure simply does not reflect all of the "agreements" and "partnerships" that they are claiming to make. And as you've shown from 2018 they are yet to deliver on what they've promised.
Al3 on the other hand and probably to the share prices detriment have only announced things as they are, mostly trials and one off pieces with no wild revenue estimates.
