Just over a fortnight ago this business issued more than 94 million shares at 19c each in an over subscribed $30m capital raise. - ( I think originally they wanted only $25m but the investors piled in!)
Current prices are therefore a bit of a bargain to my logic and not indicative of any problem with AL3 (noting however there was no mention of that European tender’s progress in the last announcement?)
