so we have new contracts in works, and we have demand in waiting..
the safe place to invest is once the demand are actual contracts .. but why would you wait? sophisticated investors and insto's piling in at $0.195 .: haha the same people who have been dumping in fear or to make a few percent are gonna jump right back on now..
if buying micro cap and a long holder - do with balanced portfolio, buy at cheaper or when insto's do..
i wish someone had given me that advice 5 years back.. haha hopefully someone new benefits with it now.
