    And there we go
From Nov Detailed engineering design of the process plant and associated infrastructure is 30% complete, and the rail spur preliminary design has been completed  Term sheets with rail and port capacity providers are under negotiation  Discussion with the NT Government regarding a project development agreement are underway  A Draft Native Title Agreement is currently under review by the Native Title Holders and their advisers.
Nothing since. What they thought was worth bringing to our attention 4 months ago is still relevant. Don't they think that if it is worth mentioning something is 30% complete, then it is also worth a mention when it is 70% complete, or are we not even that far yet. One can only assume.
Discussions with NT govt have come to nothing thus far, well as far as we have been informed. Same with the native title agreement. DFS overdue, not a peep from these supposed professionals in their field.
As far as our team goes, Bruce Arnold, financial officer, suppose we need him. Nigel Doyle, exploration manager, done his job, get rid of him. John Dunster & Juan Marquez, both geologists, no longer needed.
Of the directors, Jason Conroy & Robert Cooper seem to have no experience in building a project from ground level. Waste of space. Overall, we pay to get results and thus far its been very underwhelming.
Starting to really get to me. An MOU, really? "if you can get it out of the ground, we'll buy it". Is that supposed to appease us? If they can get it out of the ground, Al Bundy could find a buyer!!
