Interesting discussions here with the potential JV of ARES.
I am mainly a mining dude and I have to tell you that JVs are common place and thoroughly WELCOME.
The combination of ARES & AMP IMO, is a good one whereby synergies can be developed , strengths emphasized and weaknesses solidified and good cash flow to go with it.
I have just bought back in.
Long term holder if this deal goes thru.
