Here is one problem...
This is Controllable Costs/Employee and Underlying Profit/Employee
With all the talk about reducing costs, hardly any progress on a per head basis while the profit just slips away.
I suspect that the "Reinvention Strategy" will need to be reinvented.
Let's be frank,recent events and the loss of intellectual talent mean more decisive action will be required as more of the same seems unlikely to get the job done with any alacrity.
