it's astonishing that people would suggest that de-listing from the NZ stock market will result in dilution.
It wouldn't matter if AMP shares were listed on 10 different exchanges. The total outstanding shares are the total outstanding shares. Nothing more, nothing less.
They are fungible on respective exchanges, but that is it.
