Property giant Charter Hall Group shares are down more than 7.5 per cent after it announced the purchase of a 50 per cent stake in fund manager Paradice Investment Management for $207m.
At 10.20am AEDT, shares have fallen to $19.96.
PIM has $18.2bn in funds under management invested in Australian and global listed equities.
The investment provides a strategic expansion of Charter Hall’s $61.3bn funds management platform, it told investors on Tuesday.
