Just had to think about this a bit more. So their old model was either substandard, or ineffectual. I don't see this as being a definite turnaround tool. They need to show the public and business that they are the best at everything, as well as the best staff. Now I know that is impossible but they could try. We need the company to show it a leader in their fields of operations. We need someone to put AMP in a direction, that leads to success. Just who will do that and how they will do that, as Shakespeare said "that is the question".
