if you read the article carefully and understand the business you will realise this is not good.
Dexus are bidding for the management rights for the fund, which AMPC currently has.
ie If Dexus wins the rights, AMPC will in turn lose this substantial income stream to Dexus.
do any of you understand what AMPC is?...does to make money?...
