The major global banks and other lending instos are bending over backwards to provide green loans. This is going to have a much better chance of attracting major capital investment for development than a magnetite mining development
For IRD, could well be that the royalties coming out of this once operational are a company maker. You wouldn't either bother with the magnetite
It's a long play to go from here, but its better than a what was feeling like a stranded iron ore asset.
