There is no CASE of material consequence.
There may be multiple actions from vexatious and dishonest DISMISSED ex Planners but their cases are weak.
Provisions are adequate for contingent liabilities. Indeed if they are contingent they are, by definition, recognised as uncertain.
The actions from DISMISSED ex Planners will be settled out of court for a PITTANCE.
