But APRA and ASIC are separate? The contingent liabilities are stated as being ASIC matters, not APRA? Or are they interchangeable in this regard?
Regarding contingent liabilities, I had thought that these were items NOT includes in provisions due to uncertainty? So potentially a further cash drain were they to be settled? Possibly I misunderstand.
