Nice to see that there are quite a few that understand why some posters are extremely negative; to create fear and uncertainty.
Once again the obvious question regarding opportunity cost remains unanswered. Why can't it be answered? Because they don't have one.
Helmich, Boomer and Squeaks are all prolific contributors, who have a somewhat negative view, yet hold at significant opportunity cost.
Again, can I ask each of you why you hold when the opportunity cost is so high? If you don't hold, where does the passion come from? Are you looking to buy?
