in my opinion wrong.
They should have cut the dividend earlier and harder, if they did this their balance sheet would have been much stronger.
next they should have done a capital raise at the first sign of real trouble.
if they did this they could have raised a lot more capital at a much lower rate, and they would have much more breathing room now
