I too was disappointed with the lack of details on potential turnaround strategies however the pending election (and likely change of government) I believe is the main reason for holding off here (as opposed to pending class actions etc.) and this makes sense as a Labour government are likely to take more decisive action on grandfathered commissions in comparison to the stance of the incumbent
